Find out what sort of test was run on you the first time. You should be able to pick up your results from the office. Then print out a bunch of literature and go in tehre and demand that something be done - if your current doctor won't run the tests you need, then at least make them send you to an endo (who will.) I mean OBVIOUSLY something is not right here - you need to find out what's going on and you deserve that! Feel free to blatantly threaten to switch doctors if yours won't comply. And if he doesn't, switch! Life is too short to go without proper medical care.
