Hi Alicia, so glad to hear you're having some success in getting rid of
the boils!! I have to say, I don't now and never have used any mineral
based products on my skin - I rarely use lotion and when I do it is
either almond oil, avocado oil, or lanolin (depending on what level of
conditioning I need!) and I suffered from those nasty things for YEARS.
Since being on Metformin and cutting refined sugar out of my diet, I
went from having several a day down to one or two a month right around
my cycle. I think every woman's body is different and we've got to find
what works for us! I'm so pleased you found what works for you!
