Was it a 25mg or a 50mg pill you took? I started on 25mg X 4 times a day..when I tried increasing to 50mg x 4 times a day, I got dizzy after 1 50mg pill. It was due to a drop in my blood pressure, one of the side effects of Spiro and I have very low BP normally. Also, in hot weather, make sure you're hydrated and always take the spiro after you eat something. Try taking 25mg pills and you can build up the dosage and distribute it evenly over the course of a day.
