Well .. i guess that works if you are 5'10 .. I am 5'2" so therefor, yes its in my abdomen, but it has to spread out too .. less of an area ... so mine is mostly in my tummy but ALOT everywhere else ... I am 160 but I had gotten up to 220 .. bleeeech ..
