Julie -

I'm so glad to hear you say that. I just got my bloodwork back from a PCOS specialist and most of my bloodwork was normal. My progesterone and hdl were the only things that seemed to be off. I was so frustrated to see that because I've been telling dr's for 12 years that there is something wrong with me and was thinking that now here I am again without any answers. I have been taking metformin for a month now and haven't noticed any real difference except I dont seem to CRAVE the carbs like I used to. I haven't lost any weight yet but am only on 500 mg met. so hopefully with the diet and exercise that'll start coming off once they bump my dose up to 850mg. Trying to keep my hopes up.
