I see that this has already been in the discussions so please bare with me if I am asking something that has been asked before, I am am suffering from PCOS and have been for about 5 years, the doctors say the main thing is weight loss amoung other things, as he know how difficult it is he is referring me to a clinic that deal with weight problems caused by PCOS, they mentioned using Metformin, I just have a few questions about this, what is the dossage that you were given and can it be given if you have dont have any form of Diabetes, I know PCOS has a lot to do with insulin resistace, but I am terrified of taking Metformin as I dont have diabetes so please tell me what I can expect and if I will beable to take Met,,,, and lastly has anyone sucessfully lost weight while on Met if so how much..... Thanks
