Well, I've mostly been lurking, but I just had ultrasound that confirmed that I'm pregnant. With twins. On my first clomid cycle. I just wasn't expecting it to happen so soon.

Good luck to everyone TTC. For the record, I've been on metformin for over a year, and it definitely helped me lose weight without dieting (basically, continuing the medium-good eating habits I already had, and mild exercise for 15 minutes 3x week) and have more regular, ovulatory cycles. (The clomid cycle was mostly to get me synchronized with my husband for IUI -- one of us always seemed to be away on business or sick or overworked when that home ovulation kit said it was time.)

BTW: I know everyone who takes metformin isn't going to be as lucky with it as I was, and I hope people don't feel like they've done something wrong if the magic doesn't work for them.
