Amy, your symptoms for pcos seem few, but as far as i understand there is a differance with pco and pcos. It is possable to have polycystic ovaries, and then there is polycystic ovarian syndrome. There are women that do have the cysts on their ovaries but have no further symptoms of the syndrome, then there are women who do have the syndrome, with the hair, and insulin and other characterists of the disease. Do you know which one you have? As far as the the wetting problem goes, I can recommend the Kriegls exercise. Kriegls is when you strengthen you pc muscle, (the same muscle you use to stop the urien flow). All you do is do about reps of 10 in 3 sets daily, it really nice because you can do this and no one will ever know! If you work that muscle not only will it help with bladder problems now and later on in life... it will improve you sex life also! Hope this help some!
