I saw my GP Monday and she did bloodwork after much prodding. She did not think I had it, because I do not have the "typical" body type. I do not have any major weight issues but I do have acne mostly around my chin and jawline as well as alot of chin hairs. I have noticed a couple of really small skin tags but nothing major. I also have dark hairs below my belly button although they are not coarse. I am 28 and do not know why if it is not PCOS,I am having these problems. I am thinking of going on to an Endo anyway because I know GP's don't alway know about these things as well. Also, should I see an RE or just a regular Endo? I was just wondering b/c my friend was recently treated for IF and her RE called it PCO and her bloodwork was normal. I am also wondering if the Lunelle shot I am taking would affect my readings?
