I asked both my endo and my dietician about ketosis and both of them said that it was not good, regardless of whether or not I am diabetic, and they both said to avoid it. They said it was bad for your kidneys (I think) and that a prolonged state of ketosis could have longterm effects. Have some of you heard differently?
