i have read that asians do not get the hairiness aspects parts of PCOS..... i don't know about weight, though. irregular periods and acne are symptoms of PCOS.... definitely get a doc to check it out with blood work. that's the only way to know for sure.

from my own experience, you will not "outgrow" regular periods.

and.... if we were to lay all the "you'll outgrow your irregular periods" that all the women on this board have heard over the years end to end... they'd probably stretch clear to jupiter. this is a commonly heard phrase and as such, it is a common big fat LIE.

the only thing you seem to outgrow with PCOS is your clothing!
