100 grams a day is good! You should have no trouble. Let's see.. A serving of no sugar added ice-cream is 18 g... A regular Schlotsky's sandwich is 51g... You can easily find bread that is less than 10 g a slice... When I first started watching my carbs, I found that having nuts (crunchy, salty AND high protein) around helped a lot. You can have a pretty large handful of nuts for very little carbs. It'll take a little while to educate yourself - carbohydrates are the mainstay of the modern diet. Most of the convenience foods are not good for you. Good luck!
