Hi there mc and welcome!

Of course, PCOS and hypothyroid (I have both too) make conception and carrying a baby to teerm a bit more complicated. But that doesn't at all mean that it is impossible! Maybe it will involve fertility drugs or procedures, maybe it will just take longer. Maybe you will conceive right away with no problems! It all depends on your body really, it's so different for all of us. Please don't give up hope though, pregnancies do happen with some regularity among us for sure.

Definitely make sure your thyroid is being treated carefully, you are on Metformin or another insulin sensitizer for the PCOS, and look into progesterone post ovulation to help with implantation etc. Let me know if you'd like more detailed info or look through the archives here!
