Have you tried watching your fat intake with low carbing? Low carb doesn't have to mean high fat. Veggies and fruits are great when low carbing, yes they are kind of high in carbs BUT they are GOOD for you. For meats pork, turkey and lean beef (I buy the 93% fat free ground beef) are good choices. For snacks Beef Jerky is pretty low carb and low fat, just read the label as different brands have different amounts. We eat lots of salads, we do use reg. dressing but you don't really need that much. Anyhow if you make good choices while low carbing, it doesn't have to mean a huge portion of fat intake.
