Hi Anon - so many of us deal with the weight issue and PCOS, it's definitely a part of the struggle! I can understand your pain and frustration. I have to say though tha at least to me, using something as drastic as Meridia for a 35 - 40lb weight issue seems extreme! It's just so not good for your body. You also don't mention whether or not you have addressed the insulin isues so inherent with PCOS. That might be a much beter way to go. Many of us have had great success on insulin sensitizers like Metformin, as well as with low carb diets to curb the insulin production. Why not ask your doctor about that stuff? :)
