Hi Shellie, Congrats on your pregnancy! In response to your question, I would either stay on Avandia, or, go on Aldactone and BCP. Going on the latter will one, decrease androgens, and will also prevent another pregnancy with the BCP. I would also consider staying on the Avandia if that is all is nessessary in your case to keep things in balance. I would also try to stay on a low cholesterol low fat diet, and keep things in check conserning the status of your IR. I would also consider seeking a GP who is knowledgable in PCOS treatment, or an endocrinologist. Maybe your RE can refer you to someone. Just a though! Hope this helps! Tracie
