How should my PCOS be treated after my baby is born?

My current ob/gyn, isn't well versed in this area. She suggested returning to the DR who treated my PCOS prior to my pregnancy to continue treatment. He is an IVF RE and doesn't treat non-infertility patients. Once this baby is born (due in June), we will not be trying for anymore children. I don't have many of the symptoms common to PCOS (ie., I'm not overweight, no skin tags, not insulin resistant . . .). I was diagnosed and treated with avandia for infertility reasons. I do not cycle on my own and have the cystic ovaries, which is probably my main symptom at this time. I do have a family history of diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease; so I don't want to neglect this if it needs to be followed up. So my question is what is next for PCOS maintainance?
