It really is too bad that our litigious society prevents us from sharing information openly and honestly. I understand about the sponsors of this forum needing to protect themselves from lawsuits; what burns me up is the end result of this is that we have a lot harder time finding out about good/bad doctors (and there are definitely more of the latter than the former).

Such is life. I wish some 'offshore' concern would set something up where we could share info. Even just an electronic bulletin board where we could say, "seeking a good doctor in (fill in the blank)," and have others post a response. But I guess on the other side of the coin, disgruntled workers, etc. could post false information, which would end up rendering the board useless. If only we didn't have the capability to lie! (sigh)
