This is the first time I have posted. I have lost 30lb with Weight Watchers since 10/1/2001. It is by far the best and easiest diet I have ever followed as it allows you to eat what you want (within the allowed points). This makes it very easy to devise your own low carb diet. I am not on any drugs but I have been taking Chromium picolinate, Q10 and L-Carnitine. I also go to they gym once or twice a week. I have only had one consultation with the Specialist who told me that weight loss is better than any drug he can give me. I am not totally convinced of this but want to eat less just to keep my insulin levels downs. I do have more energy but I don't think my condition has really improved (maybe when I lose another 30lb?). I go back to the Specialist in two weeks - is there anything I should ask him?
