HI and welcome bria, I'm glad you at least now have a diagnosis!

Fertility problems are quite common with PCOS because we don't ovulate very well - the eggs mature in the ovary but have a hard time breaking free to be fertilized. Thats the bad news. The good news is, ovulation problems are by far the easiest fertility problem to treat, and there's a very high success rate of pregnancy among women with PCOS. It just takes a little longer, or more medication, or whatever. It's an effort, but definitely not impossible. (And several ladies here have had children naturally without much effort at all!)
