I have been bleeding with no clots, mild cramping for 37 days now..am perimenopausal and have been tested negative for fibroid, polyps and cancer of the uterus. Gyno Docs just tell me its perimeno bleeding but this just happened last month, i never had this bleeding so prolonged! I have a 3 in hard lump down on the left side of my abdomen way below... gyno docs say this is a hernia but gastro doc did a colonoscopy and found nothing..It feels more like something on my ovary than on my intestine...i am now wondering if i have PCOS...what are the true symptoms?
