i don't know if you can interpret much of anything that comes from periods on the pill... they're not even real periods!!

a lot of women have really light periods on the pill. the lightness, then, shouldn't be too much of an issue (unless, for some reason, you really want to have heavy periods... :) )

the brown color though might be a little weird... i always though you only saw brown when blood had been sitting around for a while, as happened with PCOS. BUT... for some women, brown periods are normal.

so, as to whether or not you should be concerned... probably not, but it could be that only further medical probing could tell for sure.
