I had the same prob. Then i discovered Bikini zone, sold in walmart. It
worked for me. I was very VERY weary of using it because I have
extremely dry skin and sensitive skin(odd for a pco'er I know but I was
blessed in that dept). Anyway, I shave and use it all over my thighs,
evertime I bathe and shave I use it and for a few days after I shave as
well or if I know im going in hot sun. Eventually i got to wear the
bumps arent anywhere near as bad. I also use it on my neck when i do
electrolysis and it grows out. It take a while of using it before my
thigh bumps got better and it burned a bit at first but im happy with
the results. Good luck
