Or I should say problems. I have had female related problems for years. The last few years have gotten a lot worse. I need help and I need a GYN who will take me seriously. I have seen a few gynecologist for my symptoms but have been told 1) it's 30 yr. old woman problems or 2) birth control pills will fix it. Throughout the years I have had heavy, painful periods, but they are getting progressively worse. My last period I bled so heavy that I could not where a tampon (I would flood it w/in 1/2 hour), in one day I expelled more than 15 clots ranging in size from an inch to 3 inches. The pain is so severe that I can't walk, I can't do anything. The pain radiates down into my legs. In between periods I am now having mucous like discharge mixed with blood. I also have cramps most of the month, even when I am not on my period. Every Gynecologist I see has an ultrasound done in which they find cysts on my ovaries every time. Please don't get me wrong I don't see a GYN every time I have a bad period, but I have pain and problems for years. It is just gotten so bad now that I am desperate. Honestly, I have not been to the gynecologist for a year. I am very tired of feeling like I am making this up, or all I need is birth control pills. I've tried the birth control pills-they don't work. I've tried home remedies-calcium tablets, creams. Nothing works. I stay tired at all times and urinate constantly. Whether this is related or not I don't know, but family doctor can't find a reason for it. I now am having spurts of growing large amounts of facial hair. The week before my period I am constipated, while I'm on my period I have diarrhea. I have pain during sexual intercourse, which has gotten worse the last couple of months and hurts for at least day afterwards (cramps). If you have any suggestions, or can suggest a Doctor in the Dayton, Ohio area that would take my complaints seriously, I would appreciate it.
