I have this too! I was just talking with some one at lunch about it.
I've had it since puberty and had friends refer to it as "chicken skin".
Nice, huh?
It basically looks like I have polka dotted legs--each little hair
follicle has a spot. it's the worst on my lower legs.
I've had little kids asked me why I'm spotted and I always say, "Some
people have white skin, some have black skin, some have brown--I have
pink polka dotted skin! Isn't that cool?" ;-)
I've had it so long I don't really notice it anymore.
