WEIGHT WATCHERS IS A WONDERFUL PROGRAM AND I HAVE LOST ABOUT 17LBS. ON IT GRANTED I STOPPED DOING IT IN DEC. WHEN MY HUSBAND RETURNED HOME (JUST WASNT A PRIORITY WHEN I HADN'T SEEN MY HUSBAND IN 6MTHS.)BUT I HAVE INCORPORATED THE WAY OF LIVNG AND THE FOODS INTO OUR DIET AND I HAVE NOT GAINED ANY OF IT BACK. I WOULD LIKE TO GET STARTED AGAIN ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORK FOR ME. YOU CAN EAT REGULAR FOOD YOU JUST HAVE TO ALLOW FOR IT WITH PTS. AND THAT IS WHAT I LOVED ABOUT IT. IF I JUST HAD TO HAVE MCDONALDS THEN I SAVED MY PTS SO THAT I COULD AND BOY WAS IT GOOD. HOPE THIS HELPS..I SERIOUSLY WOULD ENCOURAGE. HEATHER T.
