Hey Donna,

I have had extremely good luck with WW so far. I've lost 32lbs. in 3 months....which is a true miracle for me considering my luck with diets in the past! I have been on all the diets that exist and even the low carb diets. The low carbs worked for 10-15lbs. but when you go off it, you gain 3x as much weight. WW points system is excellent and I have not exercised nor have I been concerned about carbs....I've been just eating what I want within the points allowed and have been successful. Can't hurt to try it!
