Gwen,

Think twice about your desire to have a hysterectomy. The removal of your ovaries will not help your PCOS symptoms AND you will need hormone replacement therapy. A hysterectomy is a large commitment. A co-worker just spent TWO MONTHS out of work in order to have one and she is still not feeling particularly good.
