Hysterectomy-need personal opinions (no Dr.s please)on 'Ovaries, stay or go'

I am 45 years old and am going to have a Hysterectomy in the very near
future. I have not started Menopause, and am not on any kind of
medication. My doctor has told me that I need to choose between keeping
my ovaries or having them removed. I have done much research on the
pros and cons and am now wanting to hear from women that had the same
choice to make. What choice did you make, and would you have done
things the same way if you could make the choice again? I'd appreciate
any of your opinions. Thanks in advance. Pat W.
