One more thing I forgot to mention... I do not follow any specific diet. That drives me crazy. I eat what I want, but moderatly. I try to eat equal parts of everything. If I have a piece of meat so big...i try to see how much veg and potatoe or pasta to equal it all out. That's it. I have done the no carb thing and I dropped almost 20 pounds inside of 2 months...BUT...you will never stick to it. How can someone possibly eat only eggs, meat and cheese. I just didn't feel right about it. Just the way I think...not trying to 'sway' you either way.
