I just read your message and I knew that I had to write. You are the same age I was when I started noticing that something wasn't quite right. I understand exactly how you feel. I'm really glad that you are going to the doctor tomorrow. Please be 100% honest with him and tell him everything that your body is doing, even if (to you) it seems like no big deal. Now, about the pill. My opinion on that - and the general consensus, I think - is that taking the pill may help with the symptoms, but it's not going to treat the cause. It's really important that you find a doctor who is going to treat YOU, not the symptoms.
