I know that is true ... it takes all I have got to not be another Karen Carpenter .... I have to tell myself every morning that I wake up that I will eat at least 1 full meal ....

I know that before .. I had the complete opposite ... I would swallow food whole and not even taste it to try to fill a void in my heart ...

I ride both sides of that fence .. and it is VERY difficult.
