I'm on 2000mg (two pills twice a day). When I was on 1500 I took it three times a day and I had a reeeeally hard time remembering to do it.

I do get more nausea than I did on the 1500, but at least I remember to take it!

If you want, though, you could split the pills in half and take it throughout the day.
