Wow, I'm jealous of your doctor!!! :)
I still say you want an even spacing of the pills so you have a constant
flow of the medicine in your blood, but mostly of course when you're
awake and digesting stuff. The instructions I have on taking it are
from my father, a pharmacist, and I trust what he says on it - but do
what works for you! Find out what your body does well on and stay with
that, I say.
