Susan and Jodi Both of you asked me the same question about iron. I think I am anemic and need to take iron. However the "loads of iron" may have been a little dramatic on my part. I need to get some multivitamins with iron, that is all. I have been bleeding off and on for several months and have been craving ice on a daily basis. I have been told that if you have ice crunching cravings, it is because you are low on iron. This would make sense since I've been bleeding so much. I have also been sick all winter with a flu or upper respiratory infection. It has driven me nuts. I think I need to get on some vitamins because I think my immune system is down. Anyway, thank you for relating and adding your support. It is really difficult to stay motivated. Today I did go to the weight loss support group and weighed in and was encouraged by the other women there. The woman beside me had lost 70 pounds in a year and a half. It made me feel some hope. I also tried to contact my RE to get bloodwork done. Noone would answer me at her office, but I left two messages. I did schedule to get a pap smear done on Thursday. FUN Fun! (sarcasm loaded) I hate those appointments worse than the dentist.

Bye bye, keep in touch Leigh >better. DUH!! Don't they think I know already. I have only been trying to
