Can anyone relate?

Dear Ladies It has been at least 6 months since I last visited this sight. Have been extremely busy at work and in my personal life. Also made a conscious decision to not work on getting healthier--just got real frustrated and gave up. I finally went to the RE and she was somewhat distant and cold. She told me I needed to go on a diet and exercise (like I didn't already know this!) It was discouraging. She did however suggest I get all that bloodwork done, but I was so discouraged after my visit that I didn't follow thru. NOW I feel like I was being kind of childish. Looking back, maybe I was looking for a miracle and If I'd followed thru maybe I would have found it but I just acted like a baby WAAA WAAA! So now, it is spring, the eternal winter is over YIPPEE! Things are settling down in my personal life and I plan to spend more time focused on getting better! My plan is to 1. Get the bloodwork done, PRONTO! 2. Schedule to see a local OBGYN and get full physical 3. Start on low carb diet 4. Exercise at least 3X's a week 5. Start taking vitamins with loads of iron 6. Ask my doctor about taking MET 7. Nurture myself 8. Start going to a weight loss group on Monday night

MY QUESTION TO YOU IS THIS: Can anyone relate to seasonal periods of discouragement and giving up? Sometimes it feels like, "Will I ever beat this thing?" Bye Bye
