kind of a painful question (maybe off topic, im not sure)

ok, i know this is weird, but does anyone have really bad pain when they
have a bowel movement? not intestional, but either uterine or bladder.
everytime i have to go, it hurts so bad. its like im in labor. its not
constant, but its intense.
any ideas? anyone else have this?
