PCOS and UTI? I have checked the previous listing and everyone has mentioned UTI and PCOS. I think I have a UTI but how can I tell the difference betweent that and a kidney infection? I have an appt. today to see my doc. It seems strange because I have the frequency and everytime I go to potty I do go even if its a little but the strange thing is that the frequency and urgency seem to fade as the day progresses and comes back in the am. This is the 3rd day and I don't have in burning or anything like that just the frequency and I have never had a UTI behave in this manor. I have been drinking water and cranberry juice for 3 days now but it still lingers. What do you guys think...any relation to PCOS or my Metformin?
