I agree completely that this is a PCOS board and it is always a little weird when we get questions posted here that seem entirely non-PCOS related. (I always wonder if someone somehow got lost and wandered over from the OBGYN board or something!) I think perhaps the issue may be in how it was responded to, not the content of the original post. It WAS a pretty strong reaction, and there's really no need for that - a gentle question about the question's relationship to PCOS or just holding your tongue and offering an answer would be a quite acceptable response I am sure. If this type of post IS against a TOS agrement, then I also think it is OBGYN.net's place to say something and not ours.
