To be honest, in my opinion, the low carb diets are not for everyone ... different things work for different people. I know alot of women with PCOS eat little carbs, but it didnt work for me ... I eat a balanced diet and it works for me - like weight watchers ... I have lost 30 lbs. ... and I have 40 more to go before I am at my goal weight. (Yeah for me!!) hahaahha I think you just need to find what works for you and go with it. I can tell you this ... if you do atkins .. please drink LOTS of water and dont make it a lifestyle. Good Luck to you ... Amy
