Why did you post this here? This board is a forum for women to discuss PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) a rare disease. Why don't you try one of the many internet search engines for help? This STD you are talking of is not associated with PCOS, so I doubt anyone here can help you unless they've had experience with it. Just remember what this forum is for before posting next time. :)
