Hi ladies, I was beginning to think that I was the only UK lady who frequented the board. It would be very good if we could keep each other upadated with the types of care we are receiving. I have *fingers crossed* just got myself a doctor who is willing to treat me rather than just prescribe bcp and weight loss. I have to wait until May 18th for my appointment, but that will soon come around. How did you convince your doctor to prescribe metformin? Please feel free to email me dave.cathy.smith@blueyonder.co.uk I would love to hear your stories and successes. (please put PCOS in the title - I am virus paranoid!!!!)
