Just as an additional comment, if you hate measuring and don't want it to be exposed to air, the progesterone I bought from GNC (I think it is called progesta?) comes in the coolest little indivicual packets, you buy a box of them. Each tube fits into a wallet or purse or anywhere, and is exactly 20mg. They also combine it with nice herbs and stuff and I love it! It was relatively cheap too.
