I specifically didn't start at any particular time because I rarely have a cycle. So, I just started using it one day. I used it for three weeks and TA-DAAAAA! But like I said, I don't give the cream the credit - God did it all. I think Dr. Lee said to start the cream on the 14th day of your cycle [day one being the first day of your period]...if I'm remembering right.
