If any of you DO get pregnant, it is a very wise thing to use the natural progesterone cream for the first three months of your pregnancy. This will help hold the pregnancy in. Many women with PCOS tend to be low on the progeterone, even when pregnant, and can miscarry. After three months, take about a week or two to slowly taper off. By then your body is making 100's of times more progesterone than is in the cream, but the cream is a nice precautionary measure. We PCOS'er need to do ALL that we can. Love, Kristy B.
