In short... yes. PCOS comes in many faces, and can be mild or severe.

If you are at the milder end of the spectrum, and don't have your periods/ovulation affected THAT much, getting pregnant might not be so difficult.

If you are at the more severe end of things, it might prove impossible.

Then there are always "flukes" where woman who are told getting poregnant will always be impossible for them just HAPPEN to fall pregnant...

It happens. There definitely ARE women with PCOS who have gotten pregant and carried to term without event. We are not all so severely PCOSed that it can't happen.

With that said, you might have to broaden your definbition of "conceiving naturally..."

If you include dietary/exercise modifications to improve insulin resistance, etc in the defininition... well, that ups the number of women with PCOS who are able to concieve naturally, i'm sure. i think, in a way, insulin sensitizers can also fall into the category of natural conception... it is correcting an imbalance in your body that makes it hard to conceive,without actually being a fertility drug...
