Yes, I think I have bored everyone at work with my new "diet". I am not yet at the sticking to it religiously phase, but even on a bad day my carb intake is reduced by a third, so it still has to be good. Today was a pretty good day, but then I blew it and had some chocolate with dh, so today was down by a half to normal. I have got myself a little part time job that involves lots of walking, my normal job involves lots of running around, carrying heavy things etc, but after 10 years I think my body is immune! I am so pleased that you and Sonnet replied, because I never thought that this would happen. *smile - big cheesy one!* Cathy

as much attention as I normally do. I have been low carbing since November, and went a lot more drastic with it in March. (Still not as good as I could be, but I am pleased with how well I am managing to do ;-). > >Anyway, I have had three af in a row! I have NEVER EVER had that happen
in my life, they are all very short and light, again a reversal to normal (even when I was on the pill), but all the same, 3 IN A ROW!!!!!!! WOW! YIPPEE!!!!!!! I haven't noticed any dramatic weight loss like some of you, but I was wondering if any others had had more af since low carbing - or is it just coincidence? > >Cathy and Dave
