Yes, I think I have bored everyone at work with my new "diet". I am not yet
at the sticking to it religiously phase, but even on a bad day my carb
intake is reduced by a third, so it still has to be good. Today was a pretty
good day, but then I blew it and had some chocolate with dh, so today was
down by a half to normal. I have got myself a little part time job that
involves lots of walking, my normal job involves lots of running around,
carrying heavy things etc, but after 10 years I think my body is immune!
I am so pleased that you and Sonnet replied, because I never thought that
this would happen. *smile - big cheesy one!*

YIPPEE!!!!!!! I haven't noticed any dramatic weight loss like some of you,
but I was wondering if any others had had more af since low carbing - or is
it just coincidence?
