Hi Cathy
I have had a period every month since I started seriously low carbing
and exercising 8 months ago. I didn't have one for 5 1/2 years before
that. I am on no meds. If anyone had told me this 1 year ago I would
have laughed in their face - that I didn't get my periods because of
sugar!!! I am now like a religous zealot over low carbing, although by
now I am sure you will realise - you have to pick your audience!!
Good going, and I wish you continued success.

I have NEVER EVER had that happen in my life, they are all very short and light, again a reversal to normal (even when I was on the pill), but all the same, 3 IN A ROW!!!!!!! WOW! YIPPEE!!!!!!! I haven't noticed any dramatic weight loss like some of you, but I was wondering if any others had had more af since low carbing - or is it just coincidence?
