Thank you Char. It feels good to know that a bcp helps so much. I recently went off Avandia and feel safer using something that has been around or a while.

It is too early for me to tell about Loestrin 1/20. My energy level is definitely better. I also lost 2-4 pounds and I have not finished my first week yet. Losing inches in my mid seaction would be great since Yoga and other excercise did not help.

You are on the right track with Demulen. The proof (besides other positive results) is that your ovarian cysts are shrinking.
