Hi Sonnet,

Its very interresting that you should bring this up..I never even thought of my insomnia being attirbuted to hormones or IR. The timing would be right for me though. Every month right before I am going to start my period I have really bad insomnia and can't sleep for about 2 weeks.Right before and right after my period. Just a thought. Dona
